...
If you are planning to start the working week with bulk message downloads, Sprout will greatly disappoint you: you can add only one message at a time.
...
Sprout Social saves so much time in regard to planning, organizing and reviewing everything-social-media.
...
Like I mentioned, there is a lot of custom options within Sprout Social, therefore, it can be a little overwhelming to learn the software.
...
My overall experience with Sprout has been good.
...
I love the Sprout software - it has multi-purposes, is easy to use, and a necessary part of our marketing team to do our job.

Instagram frequently becomes disconnected (which is likely due to Instagram, not Sprout), but the notification emails from Sprout do not contain the account name, so you have to check all the accounts.

I love Sprout!!
...
Sprout is good for logging more than steps, but the developers should focus on doing a few things well instead of many things mediocre.
...
The UX is frustrating on Sprout.

The sprout app is more tedious and more unnecessary work with app tasks just to send a resume, They claim that you can submit to many companies at the same time, but I did not happen to have this feature, which was one of the main reasons I decided to try sprout app.

## Sprout Social sells out to AI chat bots for Support. NOT reliable, and not a partner.
Sprout Social might be a useful platform, but we wouldn't know, because they refuse to offer any support in account setup, and direct you to their chat bot, which doesn't provide any adequate assistance.
...
We worked with Sprout Social since 2023.
...
Later, I realized Sprout Social offered far more features than I needed for my small business, and I sought a more affordable solution.
Believing Sprout Social was a world-class company, I attempted to cancel, only to be told that I was locked in and owed them for another 18 months.
...
My plan included no front-end support, so Sprout Social incurred no onboarding costs when they signed me up.
...
Echoing everyone else, Sprout is extremely difficult to cancel and makes you jump through so many hoops, there is no button to simply cancel, etc.
...
Despite our tight budget, team turnover, and good faith attempt to notify them, Sprout threatened to send us to collections if we didn't pay for the next full year.
...
Sprout Social's cancellation policy is unreasonably rigid and fails to prioritise customer satisfaction.
...
Businesses should be wary of subscribing, as Sprout Social prioritises strict policies over reasonable accommodations.
